Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • International Shipping: We currently don't offer International shipping but plan to in the future

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Kit.marketing@kitsunemarketingco.com and type the action you are doing in the subject line, for example, return, exchange, or reporting damage.

  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as used candles and essential oils, are non-returnable for health and safety reasons, such as:

  •   Any Items that have been more than halfway used   

  •   Any Item that is severely damaged that isn't in the original package and reported the same day it is received

  •   Any and All Custom orders are Final Sales

  •   Any items bought on sale and discounted are final sale regardless of the time of purchase.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition or damaged items not due to our error).

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Order Changes/Cancellations: Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order.
